Life ed

Room 5 went to their first life ed session where we thought about different types of food. We shared our favourite foods and then we had to sort them into: 
  • eat lots of these each day
  • some of these each day
  • eat as treats.





This is what we first thought.

We had a go at sorting foods on to the food pyramid but we did get some things wrong.


What can you see is wrong?  Look closely and comment on where these foods need to be moved to. Make sure you write your name at the end.

  9. I think we should move the eggs into lots every day because it is good for your muscles. I also think we should move the water melon into the lots every day because it grows from the ground.

  12. I think that the cereal should go in the Some of every day because some people have to eat every day. Although it has got sugar but but not as much as weet bix so I think it should go in SOME OF EVERY DAY!!!!
